Wind park monitoring firm Gram & Juhl uses quite a lot of web-applications developed by themselves. They asked if we could help them make their apps look better and more alike. I gave them a grid based framework and basic modular design to fulfil their needs (and maybe a little suggestion or two on how to upgrade their visual identity by a few Gigawatt)

This pitch was more about an idea than a specific design: Give yourself a design manual and redesign all apps according to a grid based framework in which to place similarly designed info-modules.
"Engineer-oriented user interface + Brand oriented design". Yes, I believe you can do both.
